Sales Order Analyst (Order Management, Order Fulfillment)
Sales Order Analyst contract position- to start as soon as possible in the Dublin West area
Seeking a strong Order Management candidate who will be part of Dublin Order Management team, responsible for all European and Asian orders. The Dublin team form part of the Worldwide Order Management and Business Processes team.
Sales Order Analyst role: involves validating high value software orders against strict sales, legal and financial policies and making decisions on whether an order may be accepted or not. Work with different departments to resolve order-related issues. Order processing using SAP. Delivery of software licences and resolution of customer issues with licence keys. Investigation and research of database queries. Close teamwork with worldwide sales operations, finance and legal departments.
Requirements:
Ideally the successful candidate would have strong SAP knowledge or experience with a similar ERP system (eg: Oracle). Experience in Order Management is preferable and some background in customer support is desirable. Candidates with experience of billing systems might also be interested in this role.
Additional European or Asian language skills welcome.
This role requires the candidate to speak Japanese.
